IUCC Objectives

Serve as a Statewide Organization of facility owners, governmental agencies, contractors and other interested parties cooperating in promoting public awareness of reducing damages to above ground and underground utility facilities.

Center for gathering & disseminating information relative to the operation, maintenance, construction, and future planning of any and all utilities located in and service the areas supported by the local UCC.

Promote Safety and protecting the public from utility service interruptions.

Assist in educating the public in damage prevention and safety.

Develop suggested standards for accommodating utilities within common corridors.

The IUCC actively assists and promotes the formation of local utility coordinating councils.

Membership Dues

Annual Dues:  $100

Council Meetings

IUCC meets biannually in April and September.
